Privacy Policy for Alaya WMS

IRS Software Solution (M) Sdn. Bhd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides Alaya WMS, a warehouse stocktaking and inventory app for business users. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the app.
Information handled by the app
Alaya WMS handles the information needed for warehouse work, including login details, device identifiers, company and warehouse selections, purchase order information, item details, bin locations, serial and batch details, and stock counts entered by users.
The app may store stocktaking work on your device while offline and transmit it to the connected business system when a connection is available. The WMS service also handles a device notification token when notifications are enabled. An email address may be associated with a device account for password reset.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users and devices, provide warehouse and stocktaking features, sync inventory work, send relevant notifications, support password resets, and maintain the service.
Sharing
Warehouse information is available to authorised users of the business account connected to the app. Information may be processed by providers needed to operate the service or send notifications. We may disclose information when required by law.
Retention and deletion
Business records are retained according to the connected business’s requirements and applicable legal obligations. Information stored locally by the app can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its data, although this does not delete records already synced to the business system.
To request access to or deletion of information associated with Alaya WMS, email [email protected]. We may need to coordinate requests concerning business records with the organisation that manages the relevant account.

Security
We use measures intended to protect information, including access controls and encrypted transmission. No electronic system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children
Alaya WMS is intended for business use and is not directed to children.

Changes
We may update this policy. The current version will show its effective date.
