Users – Profile

  1. In My Profile, the user(s) are able to configure their own user profile settings. The main purpose of My Profile is to determine the default selection for general settings.
  2. For example, if user(s) selected IRS POS SOFTWARE SDN BHD in Default Company, and hence every time when user(s) log in the company will be IRS POS SOFTWARE SDN BHD.

Date Format

User   can   select   Default   Date   Format   based   on preference:

  1. Dd/MMM/yyyy
  2. MM/dd/yyyy
  3. Yyyy/MM/dd

Default Sales Org

Default Sales Group Default Sales Agent Default Sales Branch

Sales Org, Sales Group, and Sales Branch are basically the segregation of sales into different categories. All these sales categories are mainly for reporting and sorting purpose.

Sales Agent is the Default Sales Agent whenever user(s) login.

Default Purchase Org

Default Purchase Division

Purchase Org and Purchase Division are basically the segregation of sales into different categories. All these sales categories are mainly for reporting and sorting purpose.

Password

Reset user’s own password.
